GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Open only on show days at 2pm. 

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths across from the information booth. For some events, you’ll find extra booths across the venue. 

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
No, Leader Bank Pavilion and The Boston Seaport do not allow tailgating.
